support conversations

The following was ripped directly off of their support website In the following support conversation, you will see them:
- refusing to replace my broken rack under warranty simply because they replaced it once.
- telling me that their tech support number is basically only for calls made within Australia.
- trying to make money off me by selling me a part that should be replaced under warranty.
- closing the support ticket forcing me to open another one to try and get more answers.
I went ahead and mad their response both bold and blue in order for you guys to differentiate them better.

The following is the 2nd support ticket that I was forced to open to try and get more answers. This ticket was opened on January 13th and as of january the 28th (over two weeks later) there is still no response to this ticket. They decided to just ignore me, this is when I decided to launch this site.
